Dr. C. Warren Axelrod Presents at 9th Annual IEEE LISAT Conference

Dr. Warren Axelrod presented his paper at the 2013 LISAT Conference at SUNY Farmingdale. In his paper, “Managing the Risks of Cyber-Physical Systemsâ€, Dr. Axelrod shows that the combining of security-critical information systems and safety-critical control systems creates an overall risk environment that is greater than the sum of the risk of its parts.
Dr. Axelrod serves as technical and business develpoment advisor at Decilog. He holds a Ph.D. in managerial economics from Cornell University, an M.A. in economics and statistics and a B.Sc. in electrical engineering from the University of Glasgow. He is certified as a CISSP and CISM and is a member of IEEE, ACM, ISACA, and ISSA.
